In accordance with Colorado state health guidelines Colorado Handpan Productions LLC will not be requiring at Steel Mountain Handpan Gathering or the Saturday Sounds of Steel Handpan Concert:
 

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

• A negative COVID-19 test result

• Indoor or outdoor masking
   

However, to best ensure the health and safety of our community we ask that you do not attend this event if:

• You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days

• You have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days
   

This policy may be updated in accordance with the ongoing COVID-19 situation along with state and federal requirements and therefore is subject to change!

 

All ticket holders will be notified of any changes to the event COVID-19 policy via your provided email.

If you begin to feel unwell at Steel Mountain Handpan Gathering we will have COVID-19 rapid test kits for anyone who needs one. Additionally, our on-site nurse will be able to care for any basic medical needs you may have. In the unlikely chance you test positive for COVID-19 at the event site we will have quarantine lodging that is isolated from the rest of the event space ready for you. We will not ask you to leave Steel Mountain Handpan Gathering if you test positive, however, for the safety of our community you will be asked not to congregate with the rest of the Steel Mountain attendees for the rest of the event. Meals will be brought to you in the quarantine lodging. We will not be able to offer refunds in the event this occurs.
